My name is Norma Little. I am a dedicated fitness enthusiast, personal trainer, class instructor and nutrition coach. My husband and our three children live in Mount Pleasant. We love our Tigers, and the Mount Pleasant Community is our playground for fitness and sports year round! We love spending time being active together, and making fun memories.
I found the love of fitness while pursuing my mission to get fit after having our three children. As I reached my fitness goals, I then realized I had a passion to help other ladies meet their goals too. I then began pursuing personal training and nutrition coaching. I am passionate about teaching other females the art of weightlifting , whether that be for strength, beauty, or both. I also enjoy teaching upbeat, “over before you know it”, killer cardio classes. Come join me for a fun cycling session or High Intensity Interval Class – HIIT Bootcamp! I am ready to put you to your biggest test and help you achieve your fitness dreams.
Norma is available for one on one personal training, $45/45 minute session, and $55 for one hour. She is also available for Nutrition Coaching with Meal Plans, Monthly Weigh In/Measure and Progression pictures. Sessions can be booked by contacting her at normajeanlittle@gmail.com

As a Charlotte native with a lifelong love for fitness and a strong background in dance, I have always believed in the power of movement to transform not just the body, but the mind and spirit as well. My journey has led me to become a passionate advocate for women’s health, with a particular focus on the unique challenges that many of us face.
Having recently graduated in Massage Therapy and currently working towards obtaining my NC License, I am dedicated to combining my expertise in Pilates and barre with my knowledge of holistic health. I believe that true fitness is not just about physical strength, but about nurturing the mind-body-spirit connection to create lasting wellness.
My own health journey has shaped my approach to fitness. I have endometriosis, a condition that has driven my desire to support other women who face similar health challenges. I understand the struggles and triumphs that come with managing chronic conditions, and I am committed to helping others find balance and strength through personalized programs.
Through the same methods I now teach, I have successfully lost over 50 pounds, transforming both my body and my life. My mission is to empower other women to achieve their own goals, guiding them towards a stronger, healthier, and happier self.
I offer wellness coaching, Weight-loss management programs and individual personal training sessions. Personal training is $50/hr for a singular session.
My name is Cynthia and I am a yoga instructor at Iron Belle Gym. Here we are not just a gym, we are a supportive uplifting community welcoming all women, no matter where you may be in your fitness journey. I am excited to help women meet their goals! I love fitness, and started working out doing both cardio and strength training when I began high school, at age fourteen. That was also when I started attending yoga classes. I instantly fell in love with the practice of yoga, not just because of the benefits to my body, but my mental and emotional health as well. I’ve been practicing yoga for more than ten years, and studied it during college where I graduated in 2019 with high honors.
For my entire fitness journey, I have always incorporated yoga into my weekly routine. It has helped me greatly with weight loss, building strength, enhancing flexibility, stress relief, mental health, and relaxation. I’ve lost a total of around sixty five pounds since I began and I am so grateful for the physical strength and flexibility that yoga has given me, as well as a clearer more relaxed mind. I can’t recommend it enough!
I teach yoga classes on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM. Whether you have been practicing for years, or have never attended a yoga class, this class is for you! If you have questions or this is your first time doing yoga I am happy to walk you through anything in detail, show modifications, and assist in any way possible! It’s always a fun class and we do a little of everything. Slow flow, power yoga, deep stretch, improving strength, flexibility, balance, and more! The classes are always included in our monthly membership. For non-members we charge $10 per class. Come try a FREE complimentary class any Wednesday at 6, bring a friend or two if you want, no membership sign up required! I look forward to meeting you!
